The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28,          
1994, calendar (page 3833), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 249(HES) am                                            
"An Act relating to assisted living homes; relating to the                    
conversion of an assisted living home to a nursing home; repealing             
references to residential facilities for dependent adults; abolishing          
the authority of certain municipalities to license or supervise                
institutions caring for dependent adults; and providing for an                 
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 249(HES) am pass the House?" The
